However, Jotaro adapts and reveals that his Stand, Star Platinum, can also stop time, evening the odds. Through strategic deception and his own mastery of time-stop, Jotaro outmaneuvers Dio and delivers a devastating punch that obliterates him. With Dio's death, the Joestar family’s long-standing battle against him ends, and Joseph is revived.
